The saree must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Returns may be declined for used products, missing packaging, custom orders, or damage after delivery.

Refund processing
Approved prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method. COD refunds may require bank details.
